I purchased this item around spring of this year and wore it a few times. It was a cute item that was a highlight of my outfits, and I loved it, but I'm selling it because my child has outgrown it. There are no noticeable scratches or stains, but there is a feeling of wear and tear, such as fading from washing. Please understand that this is my personal opinion and that the item has been stored at home before purchasing. I am also selling other children's clothes, so please take a look if you'd like.
