I am selling this item because it no longer fits. It is 80% cotton and 20% polyester. It can be used as inner pants in cold weather or as loungewear. The elastic stretched out once, so I replaced it. I have hand-sewn part of the opening where the elastic was replaced. I don't see any noticeable stains or damage, but please understand that I may have missed something. Please consider this item with the understanding that it is used.
