These are eco-bags from Touken Ranbu. The length of the bags is approximately 40cm, not including the handles. The pink one has been used once, but the blue one is unused. Please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a pristine item or are particularly concerned about condition, as these have been stored by a private individual.
