It's a navy skirt. The waist is elastic. The fabric has no stretch. There are pockets on both sides. I've only worn it a few times, but the left pocket has a 5cm seam that's poorly sewn and frayed since I bought it, so you can't put small items in it. Someone good at sewing could easily fix it.
