This is a sailor collar set-up from LIZLISA. I pre-ordered it last year from the official online store and have worn it about 10 times. I want to get rid of it quickly, so I'm open to a small price reduction. There are some loose threads because it often gets caught on nail parts, etc. The safety pin on the ribbon for the chest is slightly bent. Instant purchase is OK.
