I bought these new and wore them for one scene. They are jeans in a beautiful color. Photo 3) The tag has been cut off. Photo 4) There is a Next logo mark on the metal hardware near the pocket. Photo 5) The tape on the end of one of the drawstrings is about half detached. The pockets are real (not just for decoration). There are no stains or marks. The fabric is neither too thick nor too thin, and I think they will be perfect for the coming season. Please understand that these are items that a child has worn before and purchase them with that in mind.
