This is a pet nail clipper from Hirota Tool Manufacturing. I saw it online and it had great reviews, so I bought it, but my cat was too rambunctious and it didn't work. I bought it on Rakuten a year ago and tried it about twice, but it didn't work, so I've had it stored away since then. It's a good product, so please give it a try!
