A set of 5 black lacquered soup bowls with red rims and lids, and 5 small plates. These were kept wrapped in paper and stored in a box at my parents' house for many years. They were likely only used when entertaining a large number of guests, and there are some stains in places. The material is plastic, and I believe it has a urethane coating. Would these be suitable for everyday use as soup bowls?
