I'm not sure of the formal name for this type of item, but it seems to have originally hung in a refined sukiya-style mansion, and the texture suggests it's from around the Meiji or Taisho era. There are small scratches, but no signs of insect damage or cracks. Approximately 121cm x 10cm. Thickness approximately 2cm.
