Ivory lace skirt purchased from a select shop. The waist is fully elastic and the hem is a flared mermaid line. It's not too tight around the hips and is easy to wear. It has a lining, but the lining is a little short, so the long length doesn't make the feet look heavy. The elastic in the waist is quite loose. I've worn it a few times, but there are no noticeable stains or fraying.
