I usually ship within 1-2 days (excluding weekends and holidays) after purchase, but if you're in a hurry, please refrain from purchasing. Regarding the product: I generally list items with some signs of use as "No noticeable scratches or stains" if they are not scratched or stained. Used a few times. There is some wear and tear, but I will clean it before selling. A tea strainer is attached to the entire inside, so tea leaves won't come out. It cannot be removed.
