Once you put them on, you can't tell they're stretchy at all. The actual waist size is 61cm, but I can wear them even though I'm bigger, lol. There is no size label, so I'm listing them as S. They have a center crease, so they can be used for business. Season: They are made of sturdy material, but since they have no lining, you can probably use them in all seasons except mid-winter. The fit didn't suit me, so I've only worn them twice, and they are in good condition.
