Purchased in-store and worn for a couple of hours on two occasions. I handled it carefully because I didn't want to mess up the fur, but there are some areas where it's a bit tousled. Before trying it on, I thought it would make me look bulky, so I wasn't interested. However, the store said it was the last one, so I decided to try it on just to see, and when I did, it was much cuter than I imagined, and I bought it immediately.
