The shoulder strap once tore and I sewed it by hand (last photo). Since it's an inner garment, it's completely unnoticeable from the outside. I bought it for about 20,000 yen. I wore it with great care, so there are almost no scratches. It's in excellent condition. When stored, I folded it and kept it in a walk-in closet, so there's no stretching or sagging of the shoulder area. For someone 160cm tall, the hemline will be just above the ankles.
