This is a handkerchief featuring the design from the scene in Kazuo Iwamura's picture book, "Tan-tan's Handkerchief," where Tan-tan casts a spell to make the handkerchief large and creates a bright red sunset sky with it. The size is approximately 39cm x 39cm. It has been washed once and is new/unused, but since some of the stitching was crooked from the time of purchase and some of the seams are coming undone, it is listed as "like new." Please check the photos. I actually bought this as a souvenir at the "Kazuo Iwamura Picture Book Hill Museum" in Tochigi Prefecture, but I couldn't bring myself to use it, so it was kept in a drawer. I've included a picture of the scene in the picture book where Tan-tan's handkerchief grows larger, so please take a look. Please note that the picture book is not included in the sale.
