Thank you for viewing. This is an Ergobaby infant insert. Color: Ivory (It's not pure white, but a pale pinkish white.) Use it until around 4 months old when the neck is stable. I used it inside an Ergobaby carrier. I've attached a photo of it in use (photo 5). I received it as a baby shower gift, and the previous owner only used it for a little over a month, so I purchased it on Mercari in beautiful condition. I used it about 3 times, then bought a different carrier, so I barely used it.
