These are Nike baby shoes. They are 12cm, but the size is similar to New Balance shoes in the 12.5cm-13cm range. They are a bit narrow, so they might be tight for those with high insteps. They originally had a vintage加工 (vintage processing) and were sold as matching shoes for adults.
