This is a Tai-chin Rutile Quartz bracelet. It's a beautiful, sparkling Tai-chin Rutile. Some people mistakenly think flat, plate-like pieces are artificial, but this is not a composite. Tai-chin is characterized by its flat, wide needles, and you'll understand this well if you see the raw stone.
Although there is some cloudiness, it's a cool Tai-chin with black hematite inclusions.
