No special notes. My daughter wore this twice for a short time: once for her kindergarten entrance interview in November and again for a family Shichi-Go-San photoshoot. It's made of a soft, lightweight fabric (with lining) that doesn't wrinkle easily, suitable for autumn and winter. It has a collar, so it can easily be transformed into formal wear just by putting it on over underwear. I believe it's in good condition, but please understand that it is a used item worn by a child.
