This is a wooden Plarail Thomas series. My child used to play with it when they were little. As you can see in the photo, the front tire is slightly deformed. I think it should be fine to run. They played with this when they were at an age where connecting the Plarail parts was a little difficult. This one uses magnets, so even small children can easily connect them.
