I received this as a baby shower gift. It's from a British brand, so I'm not sure of the exact size, but I think it's for around 2 years old, or about 80cm to 90cm. It's an older item, so the water-repellent performance is unknown, but the fabric is sturdy, so I think it can be used as an outerwear. Thank you.
