I purchased this from an online shopping site. It's new and unused!! The synthetic leather material feels a bit thin, but the construction is solid. The belt is around the ankle and can be easily put on and taken off with Velcro. I think it will be useful enough for short outings or everyday use. It's a design that can be used all season.
