I read it once and stored it in a dark place. There is no spine fading. It's from about 8 years ago, but I think it's in good condition. Note: There is a crease mark on the cover from the insert in the magazine. (See photo 17) Note: There is a fold on the corner of the back cover. (It's been there since I bought it) Otherwise, there are no noticeable stains, tears, or odors. People who are sensitive or who want a perfect, mint-condition item should not purchase this. Note: No returns. Other notes: It has been stored at home. I have a cat, so I do not recommend this to people with allergies. Also, cat hair may be attached/mixed in. There may also be initial stains or scratches that I have overlooked. Please understand that this is a personal inspection. I will ship it with protection against water damage.
