This is a Polban hip seat. I received it from a previous seller here, and the tag on the surface was removed by the previous owner, so there is no tag as shown in the photo. It comes with a single shoulder strap. The shoulder strap will be packed in the pocket. The previous owner didn't use it for very long, and I myself used it for less than a year. There are no noticeable scratches or stains, and it is still usable.
