This is a thick, faux fur short coat. I bought it at a select shop in Shibuya that also carries antiques, thinking the short length would look good with long bottoms. I hesitated because of the unique shape and material, but I'm listing it for someone who will wear it. Worn twice, in excellent condition. It has a firm, long-pile faux fur made of easy-to-care-for acrylic material. There's a subtle, shimmering silver thread within the black, preventing it from looking flat. It's fully lined and made of thick fabric, so it's warm. The shape is a short, front-dipping style that's easy to balance, and the thick collar makes it easy to wear as a stand-up collar. The sleeves are slightly long. It might be hard to see in the images, but there's a large, fabric-covered button made of the same material on the right front side, and a plastic spring-type fastener underneath that snaps onto a hook on the other side. It creates a fairly voluminous silhouette, so I think sleek or flared long bottoms would balance it well. I wore it with a tight-fitting long dress. It has a slightly antique, retro feel in its shape and material. I will steam it before shipping, but it will be somewhat compressed during shipping. Please wash or care for it upon arrival, as it will have been in storage.
