I've only used it about twice a season, but there's a slight yellowing on the white tape on the inside. Please check image 3. It's not very noticeable, in my amateur opinion. I remember it was convenient to adjust the head size with the ribbon at the back of the check pattern. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about the item being stored at home.
