These are boat-shaped geta (Japanese wooden sandals) that use a slightly fuzzy fabric, like that of a sofa seat, for the top. They are made of paulownia wood, so they are very light. I chose the thong and had them attached, but when they were finished, they were somehow not quite what I expected...
