This is Umi-kun, a friend from the a-i-u-e-o series. It's from decades ago, but I've taken care of it to prevent the hair from getting kinks and have kept it in storage. I will wrap it in bubble wrap and use simple packaging, and ship it via Yu-Packet Post.
