This is a T-shirt (size S) that was sold in a limited edition of 250 at the 2nd Wasshoi Yonago Festival held on October 12, 2019. The event featured Satoshi Fujihara of Official Hige Dandism as a special guest, and the T-shirt design was created by Ken Matsuda, who was in charge of the CD jacket design during their indie days. Sato-chan is the one playing the keyboard in the middle. It was worn over clothing on the day of the live event and has been cleaned and stored.
