I only tried these on, but the soles are dirty because they were kept in the entryway. There was also some existing dirt, as they weren't originally sold in a box. The size feels the same as a New Balance 13.5 insole. Since New Balance tends to run large, it feels like a true 14 cm fit, as indicated by the size marking!
