The "fins" called OPRO fins embed themselves between your teeth as you bite down to mold the mouthguard, creating a custom-fit feel similar to a professionally made product. The surface is also covered with a shield to protect your teeth from external impacts and clenching forces, while also helping to prevent brain injuries and enhance concentration. It can be used for contact sports such as martial arts, rugby, American football, and lacrosse, as well as a wide range of other sports including basketball, soccer, track and field, and baseball. ＜How to Mold Your OPRO Mouthguard＞ (1) Pour boiling water into a ceramic bowl or mug. Also, prepare cold water in a cup for later use. (2) Immerse the mouthguard in the boiling water for 20 seconds, ensuring it is fully submerged. (3) After 20 seconds, remove it and immediately dip it into the cup of cold water for 1 second. (4) Place the OPRO mouthguard on your upper teeth and align it in the center while looking in a mirror. (5) Bite down firmly and suck the mouthguard into place. Keep your mouth closed and press firmly around your lips with your fingers for 30 seconds. (6) Rinse your mouth with cold water to set the shape. Circulate the water in your mouth to ensure it is fully submerged. Spit out the water, remove the mouthguard from your mouth, and rinse it with cold water. (7) Insert the OPRO mouthguard into your mouth and check the fit.
