This is a long-sleeved shirt I purchased last year from Arket in Korea. I liked it and bought it, but I already had a shirt with a similar design, so this one is new. The cuffs are gathered with elastic, and the sleeves are slightly puffed. Also, the design is quite loose compared to a Japanese L size, so I think it would look great paired with tight-fitting bottoms. The size is 40, and it's 100% organic cotton. Shoulder width is about 59 cm, chest circumference is about 56 cm x 2, sleeve length is about 53 cm, and length is about 81 cm. Please allow for slight variations.
