Barrel only. As you can see from the pictures, there are only minor scratches, and the cuts show no wear. It's in very clean condition. Based on the specifications, it's likely TRIPLEIGHT's RASETSU2. It looks similar to TRINITY Mars 20g, but the weight is clearly not 20g, and the Mars 18g looks different, so I believe it's RASETSU2. The cuts are in very good condition. Cleaned with an ultrasonic cleaner and cleaning solution.
