This is a wooden ball rolling toy. It's quite old, but I played with it a lot. I hope it can be passed on to someone who will still use it. Originally, I think there were probably multiple balls, but now there is only one red ball and a pulley that makes a sound when it spins. Negotiations on price and comments like "I want to see it better" are welcome!
