This item was purchased at an antique shop. I am selling it to declutter. I believe it is a very, very beautiful plate. There is wear and tear typical of antiques, such as fading of the gold paint, chips on the foot rim, roughness, black spots, and stains. Please bid if you are well-acquainted with old items.
