Created an *ohifu* (vest) and *kinchaku* (drawstring bag) for a child from a genuine silk *sō-shibori haori* (a type of jacket). The *shibori* (tie-dye) has distinct, raised peaks. The base color is a reddish-light pink, with red and orange depictions of bamboo grass and floral patterns. Red was chosen for the *hifu* decoration and the drawstring of the *kinchaku* to create a contrast. It also pairs perfectly with red *kimono*. *No batting inside* ● Shoulder length: Approximately 51cm ♥ I run a business providing *shichi-go-san* (7-5-3 Festival) kimono rental services, including dressing and hair and makeup. I seek out *shichi-go-san* kimono that are not widely available in the market, and I started making my own, mainly using *sō-shibori* and antique pieces.
