I purchased these but never wore them, and they have been stored in a dark place at home. They are size M, but I think they would fit perfectly for a 23.5. The heel height is about 7cm. Although they are new and unused, there are a few scratches. Please understand that these have been stored at home, so only purchase if you are okay with that. Returns are not accepted. Please note that I will not wrap them in bubble wrap.
