This is a front hook carrier from Nitto. I purchased it new and only installed it a few times for testing; it has never been used in practice. However, the hook part (the U-shaped section) where it attaches seems slightly warped (see photo 6), so I'm listing it as having some scratches and dirt. I believe this may be due to repeatedly applying force during the test installations. When listing it, I tried attaching it to my own bicycle. In my personal experience, it attached normally, so I don't think there will be any problems with use. Please forgive any oversights, but I don't see any scratches or rust. Thank you.
