Purchased last year and used about twice. There are fine scratches on the main unit cover. Includes box (no dividers inside), instruction manual, charging cord, and dedicated gel. The instruction manual has some creases. The dedicated gel has also been used, but I think there's more than half remaining. Since it's a used item, there may be other small scratches or stains.
