This is a long-sleeved shirt from eYe JUNYA WATANABE MAN. I purchased it at the now-defunct Nagoya PARCO about two or three years ago. It has only been tried on. It was stored in a closet after washing. It has wrinkles in the photos because it hasn't been ironed. Also, the tags look yellowish in the photos due to the sunlight, but there is no discoloration at all.
