This is an AEROLIFE side stepper. This listing is for the main unit only. No instruction manual is included. You can find usage instructions by searching online, so please refer to those. It was stored in a warehouse and I'm selling it because I no longer use it. I have confirmed that it works. I have reset all the numbers, but please note that the count may increase slightly with minor vibrations. You can easily exercise your legs while doing other things, like watching TV. Each step is quite heavy, so I think you can get a good aerobic workout. Also, it's relatively quiet when stepping, so I was able to use it in an apartment. I still wanted to use it, but I'm selling it because I stopped using it after my child was born.
