This is a 1:400 diecast model of the special livery (JAL's 100th 747) that was worn at the commemorative ceremony when Japan Airlines received its 100th B747 (-400) at Boeing's Everett factory on November 30, 1998. It comes with a display stand, but there is no outer box as it was purchased from a model shop in Hong Kong from an acquaintance. (Therefore, the manufacturer is unknown.) This is a rare item that was displayed in the shop's show window without a price tag and was obtained after negotiation.
