The inner bodice is made of a thin T-shirt-like fabric, and the frill at the hem is made of a sheer fabric. Looking at the tag, it says "bottoms," so it may have originally been a set, but this is a top-only listing. Although it is new and unused, it has been stored at home for a long time, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. Please note that it will be folded to fit the packaging size.
