I bought this a few years ago. It has both manga and text sections, so I think it's easy for children who aren't good at novels to read. It's clean, having only been read once, but there's a tear on one page. Please refer to the photos. Also, it has been stored at home for a long time, so I think there is some age-related deterioration.
