I'm selling this because it no longer fits around my waist. The tag says the outer fabric is 100% cotton and the lining is 100% polyester. The size isn't specified, but I think it's a size L. When measured, the waist is about 74 cm, but it has elastic on both sides, so it can stretch to a maximum of about 82 cm. The skirt length is about 66 cm, and the hips are about 102 cm. The belt width is 3 cm. The slit in the back is 18 cm. It has been washed with dry cleaning detergent.
