Mother's Panacea is one of FELISSIMO's small recipe book series, and it contains six okayu recipes: [Sweet Potato and Azuki Bean Porridge, Kaiseki-style White Porridge, Shimeji Mushroom Chrysanthemum Porridge, Chinese-style Seafood Porridge, Chicken Porridge, Sennin Porridge]. It's quite old, but I (being a rice person) couldn't bring myself to throw away this okayu book and kept it. Both books have been stored at home for a long time, and mainly the covers and back covers have scratches, small marks, and slight stains. There are no noticeable scratches or stains inside.
