SONOR AQ2-1406SDW (14″x6″) This is a SONOR AQ2 maple shell snare drum. I bought it new as part of a set, but it's in excellent condition, having only been played in the studio once or twice. It has a neutral sound and is versatile, suitable for all kinds of music. I'm selling it because I mostly use other snares. ■ Lacquer Finish (Titanium Quartz) ■ Size: 14" diameter x 6" depth ■ Shell: Canadian Maple & Asian Maple ■ Shell Thickness: 5.8mm - 7 ply ■ Tension Rods: 10 tension rods x 2 ■ Strainer: Throw-off ■ Hoops: 2.3mm Power Hoops ◉ The batter head has been replaced with a REMO Coated Ambassador (some stick marks and signs of use. I played it a few times to break it in). ◉ The snare wires have been replaced with Pearl SN-1442D. These are from an older set, so they have some rust and wear, but they sound great. I customized these parts with the intention of using them, so I will include them as they are. The snare drum will be wrapped in bubble wrap and packed in a box for shipping. Although it's in excellent condition, please understand that it has been stored at home and used once or twice.
