I usually wear a 24.5cm size, leaning towards 25cm, and have wide, 3E feet, so even though I've only worn them three times, the width may have expanded slightly from when I bought them. The heels are hardly worn down. There's some wear on the toes, but it shouldn't be noticeable if you apply shoe polish, etc.
