I purchased this from an antique shop over 10 years ago and have been displaying it as interior decoration. The bed of the cart appears to be made of rattan. Although there is some peeling, I believe it's in good condition for an antique. I'm unsure of its accuracy as a scale. I ask that you purchase this item with the understanding of its current antique condition. Please be aware that this antique has scratches and stains. I am selling this at a bargain price to organize my belongings. Would anyone interested like to purchase it?
