I purchased this in 2020 from Japanet. I bought it hoping to make ironing my wrinkle-resistant dress shirts easier, but it was, as expected, impossible... It seems good for removing wrinkles and deodorizing delicate clothes, but we don't use it at home, so I'm putting it up for sale.
